Big Trouble wants YOU
Big Trouble Corporation Inc. LLC Lmtd Unlmtd LLLP is now hiring. We're in need of a second guitarist - a title that will surely propel the successful candidate into minor celebrity among a small group of friends/debt/a pathetic early grave.
Key questions to ask yourself when considering if you'd be right for the position could be: Am I douche bag? Do I suck at guitar? Am I easily offended by snarky songs attacking the Christian, conservative right? Am I intolerant of playing a subgenre of punk lacking creativity where every song we write sounds eerily similar and still not very good?
If you answered NO to all these questions (...or yes, fuck, I don't care) you may be our man/woman/child!
But in all seriousness, it's been almost a year since we became a three piece and I think it's time we found a fourth. We're easy going guys, practice once a week north of Denver, don't pay practice space rent for the time being, and generally songs are written before practice and then learned as a group.
Here's a couple serious things to consider:
-We generally play pretty loud (I guess at least by pop punk standards) so you'll need gear that can keep up.
-If you're a singer, even better. We encourage shared vocal duties.
-The three of us all have kids/careers/whatever, so if you're looking to tour, not lose money, be in a "full time" band, use this as a vessel to promote your other band...this may not be the gig for you.
